Summer Fitness Camp

Dates – June 28th to July 30th
Monday through Friday
Time - 9 am to 12 noon

For Boys and Girls ages 6-12
And their parents or guardians 

1.To enroll and/or apply for scholarships now
go to www.TEAM180X.org
   Click on Enroll Now, scroll to For Parents - print form.
2. Look on Events  page for times and locations for family interviews.
3. Fill out enrollment forms and turn in the paperwork and tuition check for
$300 and /or application for scholarship at the interview.
