Annual Children's Health Fair and Festival
We celebrate our children by providing resources for their continual health. We partner with Carranza Pharmacy and hold a special informational fair so parents could use the expertise of professional health care workers.
Each year families take part in the dental health check-up, blood pressure check-up, vision and glaucoma check-up and other services that are available. A nutrition class is taught as well as exercise and Tai Chi demonstrations are available.
Also available are a car seat installation check, emergency vehicles for the children to check out, and a bike rodeo to teach children how to ride their bikes safely on city streets. Entertainment, food, and lots of balloons are included in this wonderful day.
