Counseling
The Hughson Family Resource Center serves to connect residents of Southeast Stanislaus to mental health services.These services are provided after a referral from Stanislaus County Child Protective Services, a licensed physician, or a school in our service area: Denair, Empire, Hickman, Hughson, La Grange, Robert’s Ferry, and Waterford.
Counseling is for individuals, families and children. It can be provided in the home, our site in Hughson, or on a school campus within our service area. Included with the counseling are various assessment surveys and screenings which provide the staff additional insights into helpful therapy.

This funding is available through a Sierra Vista Child & Family Services grant from Stanislaus County Community Services Agency and Stanislaus County Children and Families Commission. Hughson Family Resource Center also has a grant from Kaiser Foundation which provides for these services.
